Subscriptions & Charges

• Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled.
• Pricing and renewal frequency are disclosed at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime from the Subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy

• Digital services are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• We review requests case-by-case for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, or verified technical issues.
• No partial (pro‑rata) refunds for unused time on active subscription periods.
• For any billing inquiry, contact support@sponsorclubgroup.com before filing a chargeback.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email us first. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the payment processor with full supporting documentation.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• No escorting, solicitation, or illegal activity is permitted. Profiles or content violating our policies will be removed.
